Hi All,
This is in reference to the rented house that I am staying in, since last few months and I had signed an agreement which was told would be of 2-3 yrs but accidentally I signed on 11 months agreement. Now the agreement is coming to an end and the landlord is asking me to vacate the house. He had been after me to vacate since post 6 months of my stay and now has given me the final e-mail to vacate the house. The 11 months would finish in May 2014 and he has given me 1.5 months of notice to find another place. I am a family man with husband & 3 kids. Its not an easy thing to vacate the house and shift. I had been a regular payer of rent.
Please suggest what are my options if I want to continue staying in the same house even after the agreement ends.
