Termination under temporary service rules 1965

my employer terminated my services under rule 5(1) without giving any reason in my mediacal condition. now i dont want to go cat because i dont like their transfer policy becuse its full of redtapism and nepotism.

i want to know that is it barrier for my future employement under central governent or state government? if yes then i must go to cat towards injusice done by employer

what do you mean sirji? i have talked to admin section,i think they want to take me again in their service. i will resign the service, i cant serve there anymore.
