Dear Sir,

But frist of all we have to discribe the word OBSCENE, because in this case the person run his fashion Degins website and in that case he can easily  took the plea of picture related to fashion. so, my question is if such picture is provoking but not nude then what is the effect

if you fell that those photoes are obscene that it self is an annoyance therefore he is liable for punishment under 293 ipc- infact it is the discreation and duty of the court to consider the abscene matter by taking an over all view of the work to determine whether the abscence photoes are likely to deprive and corrupt those minds open to such influences and the question of particular phtoes is abscene or not doesnot altogether depend on oral evidence.
