Hi,
What is the cheapest way to get a property transferred to 2 sons from mother based on will from the mother. The will is old (about 20yrs) and the mother expired some 15 yrs back. There are total 4 sons and the other two dont have any objection on this.

Section 370 of the Succession Act, provides for the grant of a succession Certificate for the purpose of title name change of deceased person. So Succession certificate to be obtained by the sons.
