Transfer petetion

Dear LCI members,

I did not give counter for maintainence suit filed by my wife which was filed in july '10,

before the counter can i file for case transfer petetion to HC in city where i live

urgent advice please........

Still you can file the counter. You can file a transfer petition.

You can file transfer petition in High Court.

But the result of the case would be

in case of wife having no income, your transfer petition will be dismissed.

in case of your wife working for lesser salary, then surely it will be dismissed
