A person lives(Domicile) in Karntaka and Wife   filed 498a against him in Uttarpradesh where he Never went and never lived with her, and Uttarpradesh do not have provision of Anticipatory ,except stay on  arrest from Allahabad high court. Now he took Anticipatory  Bail form Karnataka State then what is the validity of this Bail in Uttarpradesh while granting Permanent Bail.

Can Police arrest the accused who enters in uttarpradesh with Anticipatory/Transit  Bail, from Karnataka?

Can Judge  in UttarPradesh reject or delay  Permanent Bail Application and can send him JC even after getting Anticipatory Bail  from Other State(Karnataka).

already has taken anticipatory bail in karnataka, and planning to surrender to UP court for permanent bail.

Now question is: can He be sent to JC in UP? or is there any possibility that UP judge deny  bail.
