Just cross check once again with lawyer, try to contact him.

If still not responding, tell directly to judge that this is the case and he will give permission to appoint new lawyer.

i wont be able proving my lawyer in divORCE. case being manipulated.......
should i appear party in person this time for arguments??

I dont know how many dates are already over.

The moment you sense, your lawyer is hiding, you should have told this to the judge, in writing.

Case manipulated or not, that not important, when lawyer has filed vakalat, it is his duty to attend the case date, failing upon, the court can ask him to pay fine, which in my own case has happnd, my lawyer was trying to avoid like this.

But one fine day the judge got fed up and told the bench clerk to look for this lawyer.  He was in the court compound, but had not come inside the court hall, when he came, judge nicely shouted at him for not attending dates, and asking him to pay spot fine.

My lawyer started attend case, if he hadnt I would have gone for another lawyer!

You can get new lawyer.

You are entitled to hire services of a lawyer.
