dear sir a trend has been set up by the chief metropolitan magistrate kanpur to notify borrowers about their objection against physical possession be given to the bank under the above mentioned act I think that there is no need to notify borrowers as notices u/s 13(2)&13(4) had already been issued and sale for the property has also been made via sale through e-auction please give me some judgement rulings to step this trend to notify borrowers
