Brief background:
We have 60 cents land in a village which belongs to 3 of our grand father each 20 cent, 2 of our grand fathers land had been possessed by one of our villager using UDR patta with out registration.
My father was the only male successor for 3 grand father and my grand fathers and my father is no more now
we noticed that UDR patta was created when my father was 20+ without taking my fathers concerns or signature and the land is still not registred. The land is under thier possession for the last 30 years.
Question:
1. what is UDR patta
2. Is the UDR patta is valid without proper land registration?
3. Under the above circumstances can we take legal action to take over the land?
