i am working in sail a maharatna psu since 25 year.before 8 year means upto 2008 i was a non executive. in 2008 i got promotion to executive cadre. my batchmates who joined with me are still in non executive. in the meantime a wage revision for non executives happened in 2012. my batchmates who are still non executives are getting more pay(basic +da) compare to me. as we appeal this thing to dicission makers of sail they agreed this as anamoly case and start giving the difference of money which is far below then actual differnce. also they have given the amount from 2015 dec. after repetative appeal nothing has happened. no pf is deducting from the amount they have given. should i go to file a case. help me . if case will be filed in which court i should go.
