Pls go through mentioned details and answer my below mentioned queries.
1. I have filled RCR on 27.10.2009 in Assam with following actual annexure
a) One year old GDE [registered information to police station] copy about cruelty of my wife.
b) Documents of her regular medical treatment for her psychiatric and child issue problem.
c) Information copy [GDE] of my father to local police in Bihar for expectation of false dowry case filling, when she gone from Assam with her father as on 12.10.09 in well condition.
2. As per expectation and her warning she filled 498A against my all family as on 27.11.2009 in Bihar and also CRPC-125 in Assam with demand of interim maintenance & alimony with following false allegation.-
a. My extra marital affair with my Bhabhi- only she mentioned in CRPC-125.
b. My cruel nature etc.
c. She had just mentioned in FIR that they spent 1.5L in the marriage though thats a exaggerated figure and second charge is that we asked for 50thousandL from them and sent the girl back on 05.11.09 to get the cash.
d. 4th accusation that we have kept all the streedhan though she had carried all along with her.
3. My all family member got their regular bail in 498A in Bihar, DSP also given them [my family clean cheat in his supervision report but charged me.
4. She has misguided to district court of Bihar for her coming back to me. First she accepted but after 6 months she rejected for coming back due to fear of killing. She has also given same statement in her W/S of RCR.
5. At last my anticipatory bail rejected by District Court and it is now pending at High Court for hearing.
Please reply of my following questions.-
I. What initiative action I have to take for my anticipatory bail at High Court?
II. What reply I have to give against her CRPC-125?
III. What initiative action I have to take in RCR case.
IV. Can she get interim maintenance? What amount she will get if my gross salary is Rs:25000/-
V. What benefit I will get of audio recording which available with me for accepting her mother for regular treatment of her migraine, child issue and also going her home with her parents in well condition for a couple of day as on 12.10.09.
