How much profit to be earn is depend upon the thing how much and what quality of work u r providing to ur clients, if u r such an efficient / prompt about your duties then, there will be high level of Customer satisfaction which ultimately results in High level of Profit. This kind of give and take is absolutely a vice - a - virsa.

But as per my Point of View, there should be Costomer/ Client satisfaction rather than profit margin.
