Urgent - rcr mediation and mou process

Dear All, I have an urgent question. My RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) had finally reached the Mediation Stage (I do not have lawyer). My wife and her lawyer stating they are ready for reunion and stated some conditions , however I did not agree and they said it is fine and they are drafting a MoU for me to sign on next mediation. Question 1 - Is MoU needed at all as part of this mediation? Since I filed for RCR and all she has to do is agree to live with me (and mediator will just send a report of successful reunion) why any MoU is needed? Question 2 - If a MoU is needed , then my next question , whether I need to agree to all conditions and can i insist that the MoU just only contains that "We both are ready for re-union" and NO other conditions. Please kindly advise (as I do not want to sign on something which later becomes legally binding). Thanks for all your support.
