Vat refund stock maintainence rule

Hello Experts, I am running a wooden box manufacturing unit, I am not able to claim vat refunds since last 6 years as my lawyer is insisting that we need to have stock from nil value upto 50k INR in order to claim for vat refunds.

But in my case I am always maintaining stock goods of about 5 lakh INR. As it is required in my case.

Please assist me if it is possible to claim vat refund without decreasing stock, or are there any benefits in vat refund if we have less stock in business?

Thanks and Regards,

Harish Motwani.

Dear Sir ,

We only set - off  our vat tax which was paid on Vat Purchase Goods & Comodity with tax Invoice , From Collection of Vat on Sale  by Tax Invoice, I Think In Your Case Purchase Value is More than Your sale value , You have to Increse ur sale value to Claim Set-Off Or U increase ur tour over of Sale Than Tour over of Purchase
