I own a car that was bought few years back. Since the time I bought it I have been facing problems with the service. I have complained to the dealer and the manufacturer but except for getting assurances any sympathizing to my problems no solution is forthcoming. Sometime back I would have almost got killed due to their negligence. Please suggest what legal options can I possible take.

u can go 2 the consumer court.

consumer court is the best option.
though legal notice is not necessary in consumer litigation, but it is advisable give a legal notice first with full details and relief sought both to the dealer and the manufacturer.
