the notice of opposition in treademark act...can it be verified by lawyer himself?

It is required to be verified by the advocate. An advocate can send a notice on behalf of his client.

m talkinh abt notice of opposition in trademark act

It is necessary to have signatures of the client on the notice of opposition and needs to be duly verified by the counsel. Sole signature of lawyer without signatures of the client would not tantamount ot verification of contents of the documents.
