sir I want to buy a house worth 10 lakh but the problem is the owner of the house is in debit and also he has applied IP in the court due to he can't able to reduces debit from where he borrowed.
in this situation he have registered the house on his wife's name. I want to buy now but I think is there any problem if the borrower may approach me by climbing the previous landlord may signed a paper or a bond that (if they can't able to reduce the debit I'll repay by selling to him) and this situation I can't able to do anything and I have to go through a long process. . what should I do.. do I have to wait or clear something before buy. pls guide me..
