What are the acts that fall within the scope of corporate law ?

I actually want to know is what are the Acts, by reading which, I can get an utilizable idea of Corporate Law.

You may read Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder. Also, you may follow the regulations on the websites of RBI, DIPP, FIPB, etc.
