When a High Court orders that the Petition is admitted then what is the procedure thereafter to be followed? How the cases to be listed then?
Whether there are different procedures (after admit) for diferent types of Petitions such as petition for quashing of FIR/Complaint or Petition against acquittal, petition against conviction ?
