in our anticipatory bail order has been mentioned that they will be released on P.R and S.B of rs. 15,000/- each....
1. we have to submit 15,000/- FD on 4peoples name, whose name written in this case.
2. what does the S.B stands for
3. surety bond or security bail?
4. the person who will become our guaranter, will have to submit original property papers or just photocopy of it?
