Since My Advocate did not raised crucial issues of violation of natural justice like judge cannot judge his own case, charge sheet and dismissal letter cannot be issued by authority subordinate to appointing authority, we have take up this issues during arguments company advocate has objected by say that issues only in written statment can only be taken, I have read Judgements where there is written that new issue can be raised if it is purely legal and no inquiry is required.

My quiry is that whether issues of violation of natural justice is purly legal. My court date is on 3rd aug

'issues of violation of natural justice' are duly appreciated by courts of law.

Your own counsel that has examined all dcos on rcord and is well versed with matter can opine the best.

Or you may obtain second opinion from an other counsel at your location.
