Even your query does not contains any legal related query.  the suggestion for your query  as follows its all depends upon the investment capacity. if a person have capacity to buy all recent photography related equipment's then better be proprietorship  or find other options

Such queries are not proper in this forum and you ought to have raised them in those forums which are dedicated to 'Photography" or some experts in photography.  The Constitution of any business depends on the extent of operations, the investment required, manpower requirement, and supervision.  A studio can be started with an investment of Rs.2 lakhs to any maximum amount, either from home or from a commercial location.  There is no maximum limit of investment in photographic equipment.

The proper way is confining the business to individual/sole proprietor with minimum investment and depending on potential and growth of the business, you can explore for admitting other partners or conversion to Pvt Ltd., company.   By that time you are in a position to bargain with others on goodwill and showing past accounts disclosing the steady growth of your business.  If you have the competency to invest any amounts demanded in business, continue your business under your exclusive control always.

Doing your business as a legal entity is the most important thing during incorporation of the company as it will secure rights of business and give protection under the laws. You can incorporate your photography business as a sole proprietorship firm, and it requires only one during incorporation of the company.

Sole Proprietorship firm is the easiest form of business as there is no formal registration required for firm but you can be done your listing through other important registrations like PAN card, Copyrights and trademark registration, GST registration, Udyog Aadhar, shop act and establishment license and other registration so you can be done your listing with above-given registration.

If you are thinking of obtaining a loan from bank then you should register your business with Udyog Aadhar, it is a unique digit number which is allotted by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Udyog Aadhar is important to document nowadays because after obtaining this you will get many benefits from the government. You will get tax benefits, and you will get a subsidy from the government schemes, and you will get a loan on low-interest rates so these benefits will help your business so you should register your business with Udyog Aadhar.

You can start your own photography business as sole proprietorship firm Registration as there is only one person required for incorporation of the company and as above mentioned Udyog Aadhar registration is also important for getting benefits from the government schemes so you should register your photography business with Udyog Aadhar.

Both Sole Proprietorship and Pvt. Ltd. Co. are different business structure. Company form of business is more advantageous as the shareholders of the Company have limited liability only up to the shares subscribed by the owners whereas liability of Sole Proprietor in proprietorship firm is unlimited.

Sole Proprietorship is having no separate legal entity whereas Company has a separate legal status.

While deciding the form of business many other factors also need to be considered, such as number of persons involved in the business, future requirements of Funds, amount of capital investment etc.

Hence if the business is at the starting stage then one has to consider all factors in details and go ahead with business formation be it Sole Proprietorship Firm with no compliance or as a Private Limited Company with more creditability and limited liability.
