That is Polyandary my dear and that is offence under indian penal code. If you have authentic proof and could prove that she married with someone else while already being married then file the complaint instantly and let her taste the fruits of her nauseating act.

The ultimate goal in life is mental peace. If any further step helps you in any way, you can go for that. When the world is wide open, cut the issue then and there and do not prolong for your pleasure as you may have to waste time and money on such empty pursuits. If you still want to proceed, make a police complaint with such a marriage certificate and inform the employers of ex wife and her present husband. Such marriage is not having legal sanctity and void.
