I have filed RCR case against my wife.
The notice was served to her. 4 or 5 dates of courts have passed. She never appeared for any of the dates.
What would be the next course of action?

It will be ex party judgement. In your favour. Even if RCR is passed in your favour, Court cannot force her to move in and stay with you.
