Wife not taking child custody summons

Hi,

I have filied for divorce case first and followed by child custody on my wife recently,however for divorce she appears filed for maintenace u/24,but for Child custody she says "she has not received any summons".However,we have sent it twice.

Can we deliver it by hand in front of judge when she comes for hearing for her maintenace petition next time and how many times we need to send summons to make sure she comes for Child custody case.

Hi i agree with reddy advice and their no need to give summon in front of judge as they suggest you lot of other way to give summon you post or print in newspaper if she did not recieved by post or return
