withdrawal of ammount

A handsome ammount of rent  was deposited by the tenant in rent &Ejectments suit filed by two plaintiffs ,case decided in favour of tenant and protection against eviction given by the court after decision of the court one of the plaintiffs died .other plaintiff has moved application for withdrawal of ammount and court has rejected the application required joint application of the co-plaintiffs What will be the proceedure to withdraw the ammount.

The surviving plaintiff should obtain succession certificate, if he is successor or produce no objection of the LRs of the dead plaintiff

Is it possible court will accept application alongwith No objection from Lrs of deceased plaintiff .substitution application can be moved in decided case.
