In the usual form. It is necessary to supply the copy to the other side.

filing procedure if you say any facts relevant evidences has to be filed and about his salary slip also latest file means easy to calculate the maintenance and before filing it self if you know his lawyer then give him a copy or submit to the court the court will send the copy to him

Serve the advance copy to the opposite advocate by hand and get his signature on the original and file the original written arguments in the court on the date fixed.  If it is not possible, on the date of hearing give the written arguments to the court and in the judge's presence give the copy to the opposite party.

You can file the written arguments in the court along with the copy for the opponant. The concerned clerk of the court will give the copy to the opponant. You can also personally serve the copy by hand to the opponant and take signature on the original as stated above.

Get it typed. Take two copies, one for court [original in green sheet], one for opposite party [xerox on white sheet], one for your reference [xerox on white sheet] and give it to bench clerk in court when your case number is called .. [mohan joshi haazir ho... :-))]

None else procedure.
