Wrong filing

in court, complainant file 2 cases against accused the case no . 103 and 104. after summons n exhibit the documents judge force to take cross to accused advocate. When cross going on accused advocate confuse so judge gave adjournment to them n said to be prepare for half cross. Next date accused advocate found that case 103 documents is different even cheques also and 104 documents also different cheque amount is different an plaint amount is different. Means 103 documents is attached in 104 case and 103 no case documents attached in 104 with cheques and it has exhibited also............then accused advocate gave application for D exhibited documents but judge refuse it for 103 no case because of half cross was done. Is this case is maintanable?

Good case for accused...bad case for complainant..

accused acquitted if wrong documents are exibited.

Your narration case of entire case is as confusing as this so called case. Be clear in your version,to advice you properly.
