Hello,
My father owns a land in PCMC and on property card there is wrong entry with someone else name. All purshase document, 7/12 and even goverment demarcation is done on my fathers name. Could anyone please suggest what is the process to get name changed from property card.

Submit an application to the RDO/SDO with proof of your father's name and the documents.

Your father should submit a complaint in this regard and request for rectification of the name in the property card and he should attach the copies of the sale deed, photocopy of his identity card, copy of the mutation record, copy of the utility bills etc and substantiate his claim for rectification of the name.
