HI, (I am not law student, by profession I am engineer & this is my first post, need your help)
Today morning when I was going to my office by walking, security guard of DLF phase-2(Gurgaon, haryana) said "Yeh aam rastaa nahi hai" & start shouting, arguing with us. But I and my colleagues used to go by that road & so many like us. I wanted to know whether common people can use that restricted road. (That area has number of entries & exits) Because, if we use that road we can save our at least 30 mins & heavy traffic on road. Also DLF has placed so many sign board like this. Under which section does this sign board comes? If we are not disturbing anybody in that premises can we still use that road? We also work in very good MNC Company; we know and respect those people privacy. Need your help.
