Hello Sir, I am Sandeep from Andhra Pradesh , I have a problem i.e, this is my mother’s side problem My maternal grandfather having seven children, they are five sons (one of the member is a judge (District Judge) and two daughters. My mother is one of though. My maternal grandfather has a forefathers property. My maternal grandfather distributed that property to his sons only . Still he is live. My mother is the 5th child of though, she married in 1975. How can she claim her father’s property. 1). What is the process? 2). And one of my maternal uncle is a judge, How can we put a case on this judge? I heard that if the judge put a case in the court or if we put a case on to the judge that judge should not give any judgments and shouldn’t go for his job. Dear sir, This is S P Goel, from Delhi 9810101999, my wife lodged a petition in Karkardooma court under Domestic Violence Act, and demanding Rs 45 lacs and Rs 15000 per month, my monthly income is Rs 8000 from Interest, I am unemployed, house is in my name, judge advised me not to sell in first hearing. My elder son lives separate in Delhi , in ICICI bank Rs 18 lacs pa , earlier he was helping, she left house on 20.10.2010 younger son is a student. Hai friends my friend is working in Public sector company BHEL, working as Jr.Engineer. for 3 years. recently he got job in AP state govt job APGENCO. he joined in APGENCO without resigning from BHEL, by abscanding duty in BHEL. He has done job in APGENCO for 1 month only and then he return back to BHEL. and the questions are. 1. If he drawn the salary from both the firm for one month what is the major punishment. 2. If he drawn the salary from APGENCO for one month and same one month period if he shows in BHEL as a absent period what is the major punishment.

Sir I purchased a flat on mezzanine floor in a society for commercial purpose but the society is asking me for indemnity bond of Rs.100/- that the property is used for residential purpose for me & my family members. I reside in mumbai kindly help give with any act or provision in law where it is wriiten that mezzanine floor can be used for commercial purposes. Kindly reply to my mail at the earliest

sir many day ago i write you about my fathers mact case.sir my father's accidented in near 2003 his left leg was not working not fold his leg. when he walked support with stick or walker. today 4 years ago he death as heart attack. his monthly income near 25000-30000.so how much money we claimed and allegable for this? answer me sir as per court we get 30000 for first time and made it f.d as rules.now our case is not on board so what we do sir? advise me....
