Contempt in suit permanent injunction

A file a suit for Permanent Injunction restraining the defendant from constructing the wall or lentil over the wall of plaintiff.

Defendant appear in the court and made a statement that he will not construct the wall or lentil over the wall of the plaintiff.

Court passed an order that defendant will be bound by his statement till the next order.
Before the next hearing defendant construct lentil over the wall of the plaintiff.

Now plaintiff file a complaint of contempt of court.

Now what will be the position of Suit for Permanent Injunction. Is it Infarctus or still some relief available for plaintiff.

How to get acopy of registered will

i have purchased a land in 2000 year from a person, and the document is also registered at subregistrar office. but now i have approached a bank of housing loan. i was asked for the link document, which i have no knowledge about it. after that i have approached a legal advisor. as per advice of the legal advisor i have obtained a will copy from the seller of the land. the will is prepared by the father of the above seller in 1983 year. by that time the will executant is at the age of approx 60 years and also suffering some health problems. to day the bank legal advisor is insisting me for the registered will copy, and i approached the subregistrar office for the certified copy of the will they asked me for the death certificate of the executor of the will, and it is not bocoming possible for me to get a death certificate of the person who was died nearly 25 years ago.can you please guide me in the matter.

Written statement

In partition suit defendant 1 to 3 filed combined written statement and denied all the contents of suit later on defendat 2 and 3 changed their advocate and filed additional w.s.and admits the claim of plaintiff.whether the additional w.s. of defendant is legal and admissable in evidence.

Mutation property

I have a property which is in the name of my grandfather who is already deceased and even my father is deceased in 2003. I do not have any death certificate or any details for my grandfather. As per corporation records there are some dues which I want to clear on the property and do mutation on my name is it possible.I do not stay in this property and there are tenants who are occupying this for many years.

Settlement deed

my grandfather had two sons,one of my father. my grand father had some self acquired property.After my grandfather's demise my father and my uncle were devide the above said property into two equal shares by oral partition. Now my father has settled his share to his illegal wife by way of a registered settlement deed.now my mother was expired. can I entitled to claim my share from my father?

Agricultural land jointly owned by five brothers

Sir,
We are five brothers holding jointly agricultural land in Maharashtra state. It is under on 7/12 account. Three of us want to sell our share but other two are not cooperating to have individual shares ascertained and subdevide 7/12 account. What is the legal course open for three of us? Pl.
