sir good morning. iam very thankfull to you. sir please suggest me.in which court can i file restitution of conjugal rights and u\s 9HMA. there is district court now where i am living in my home town. and my wife has filed 125 at 50k.m. away from my town and now where she is living with her mother and sister and brother .district is same and state is same.there is also equal district court is there.and i am muslim so am i able to file u\s 9. please help me sir.

hello sir, iam sarfaraz from bhuj gujarat india. my problem is that my wife now living with her mother and her eleder unmarried sister and her unmarried elder 2 brothers from 50 k.m. of my home.she went her mother's home after being pregnent in 04.04.2007 as per our society. it was everthing ok when she left my home happly for delivery. but after some day there was telephonic dispute with my sister in law. so my wife cuted to talk with me.and my sister in law washed up her mind.on 30.06.07 she got female child but they did not informed us.we got this message by our relatives who is living in their area. we went to see and meet my daughter but my sister in law and mother in law did not allow to see my daughter and we had to came back.we tried to solve this matter by society leaders but they are not ready to compromise.i gave application to mahila cell which is hendling by district supritendent of police. they came to district supritendent offfice in mahila cell.they kept condition to live seprate near to her mother's home and they wrote dawn in presence of ladies police inspector.but that time my father's helth was not good so i could not take desicion.and they gone back to their home.after some days i went to their home and accepted their demand to live seprate but they did not agree at that time.they have filed case against me as per crpc 125 demanding maintenance.but i am ready to live with her according to her condition.but now she is not ready.i have attended all the dates of court.but they did not come any date of the court.so my advocate gave application as per crpc act 256 to refuse their application.judge accepted our application and case is on order for judgment on crpc 256.sir i have not seen my 3 years daughter since her birth and i want to see and meet her.i have filed application as per guardian and ward's act.next date of guardian ward's is 16.01.2010.sir help me can i see and meet my daughter and can i spend some time with my daughter.can i get custody of my daughter.my mother in law is working in government job as peon and sister in law is LIC agent and 2 brother in laws working in private firm.my father in law is not alive. please help me sir.can see and meet my daughter during this case come to order?
