1 page existing patta missing

Dear team,

In my sales / title deed all pages are with me except 1 page

Yes I bought land from A and i am B.

In my deed A person patta is missing.

Now when I put EC i see that it has been changed from A to B .

Will be this a prob either to sell or pledge in bank ?
