Hi ,
My client has received Divorce decree in UAE from court where both parties were presented in the court and its been validated by Counslate , MOFA etc , now i am looking for case refernces where Forigen divorce decree was validated by Indian courts and divorce awarded in India,
Please can you share some case reference related to these situation so i can put up this in my client validation

There is no need to get the decree validated, it is acceptable in India as well.

Yes, please see Section 14 of CPC:
14. Presumption as to foreign judgments.— The Court shall presume upon the production of any document purporting to be a certified copy of a foreign judgment that such judgment was pronounced by a Court of competent jurisdiction, unless the contrary appears on the record; but such presumption may be displaced by proving want of jurisdiction.
