Maternal Grand Mother did a Registered Gift deed to her one of the Grand Sons even though she had her three Daughters and some other Grand children. This Property She got from her Mother In Law throgu a Family Settlement deed( Regsitered).
Cost of Settlement Deed is more than 2 Crores and Property is a House waht was transferred through this deed.
No PAN card and Building Plan which shows the Building Plan are missed in this Deed.
Even The beneficiary was not shown in his IT Assessment in 2016-17 Year and after successive three years too.
Now The question is : Is this Deed is valid? or can anybody challenge this in Court...
