if tf you summon her during discovbvery process all her income certifficates she earnd in her freelance work and it is asdequae to support herself you need not maintain her. Otherwise you are bound to pay maintenance.

if you could prove before the court that she is earning enough to lead a comfortable life she would be denied maintenance by the court.if you have got a child then even if she is earning you need to provide maintenance to the child

In case it can be established that she is earning as per the same standard of living that she would have had, in casse she would have been residing with the husband, then no, she wont be entitled to maintenance.
