Notice of Ch return given to firm AB Enterprises consisting of 2 partners A & B. Should the complaint be filed against AB Enterprises viz
Compalinant VS AB Enterprises Through partners A & B
or
(i) Complainant VS A Partner of AB Enterprises
(ii) Complainant VS B Partner of AB Enterprises

A. Firm A (Accused #1)
B. Mr X Partner of partnership firm A (Accused #2)
C. Mr Y Partner of partnership firm A (Accused #3)
But please make sure, you specifically allege the involvement of X and Y in the complaint, with respect to the fact that how they are responsible for the offense/act. Without Accused #1, the other two that is Accused #2 and #3 will not be maintainable.
