354 a quash

HI experts, I have accused in 354 A with false allegation and the complainant is not turinig up.now evidence is started and can I go for quash to dismiss the case.it is 2 years from then. pls advice regards, Bharth

Without seeing the FIR no can say anything, but yes since complainant is not coming its a plus point for you ....

Kapil sir, I has been 1.8 mnths charge sheet filed and evidence has started and still she is not turning up since it is afalse case and no evidence is binding on me. Regards, Bharath

Sir,

Send me the copy of the FIR as well ...... State is there to protect her interest and it cannot be a sole ground to say that she is not coming and the FIR be quashed .
