Is there any case for compensation for assault injuries from attackers.
Three known persons attacked and pushed down me and my father. My self head injuries and affected in brain. My father hand injured. And also attackers speak filthy words in public. And also teard-down my father's dress.
FIR registered against them. I have medical reports, video of injuries. Is there any case to claim compensation from attacked persons.
