Recently I got summon for 406. Here is the summary of cases
498a filed in 2012, under trial - location - Ghaziaabd
DV filed in 2012 under trial - Location - Kanpur
Divorce (Filed by girl) under trial - Location - Kanpur
Now 406 (2015) filed by girl - location Kanpur
On what grounds I can challenge 406 since similar things were mentioned in 498a as well. But Police in their FIR did not include those. so 406 was never mentioned

More unfortunate thing is everybody knows these corruptions however, does not know how to protest or does not wish to learn/explore how to protest.

I have been fighting from last 3 years now. And cases are now coming to an end. This 406 is new which I believe can be challenged on many grounds.
I read 468CRPC however need an expert who could guide more
