Dear all , My wife is sufferring from Schezophrenia since our marriage( Feb 2008) or may be prior to that. I was not aware of that.I resides in ghaziabad (U.P). She is unable to maintain day to day routine work even to take care for herself.I contacted with several doctors but all in vain. Now i am considering to take divorce from her. However I also afraid for filing of 498a in U.P. as there is no provision of Anticipatory bail in the state. So what steps should I take to avoid the arrest and go for divorce. And what precuation should I take .
