498a acquittal of family members/no alimony

Hi, I read several members stating 498a acquittal and zero maintenance. My wife Fir and divorce petition are very much the same. My 498a case is still in fir stage while my family were acquitted by quash.  Do anyone of you have judgments where if any family member is acquitted of false 498a, is there room for no maintenance? Please advise.

1. No such Citation should be there. Reason being 'maintenance' is husband's duty while he is living and not parents/relatives duty.

2. I suppose your legally wedded litigating wife is seeking maintenance from you and not from your parents/relatives!
