498a appeallate court hierarchy

Hello ,

I wanted to understand the hierarchies of 498A appellate court hierarchy . In 498A case i understand the trial is held in the court of JMFC ( my case too )  . In case i lose there where is the next court i can appeal .  Is it High court or Sessions court . Is it necessary that i go through the defined hierarchy if sessions court is the next one or i can directly approach High court by skipping Sessions court and if i lose in HC  i can then go to SC .

Please tell me the law .
