Sir, Wife filed 498a on me and later police filed chargesheet adding parents names and Sister and Brother to chargesheet. Me and parents got bail. Meantime police requested to court issue NBW to my sister and brother and same NBW pending in lower court. We have life threat from wife place from wife and police and I filed complaint before Human Rights commission.Our lawyer suggested to file 498A Case Transfer petition.
1) Please advise if we file transfer petition case (498a) will get transfer to other place because NBW Pending against A4 and A5.
2) Please advise if we file transfer petition case (498a) Is it possible to us to get stay order.
