a crime of stalking happening.

friends I report this case for anyone help.
there is a strange kind of stalking happening with a decent, highly qualified lady. this lady is being followed by a group of men everywhere she goes. people( men , women teenagers, children) are shouting names to her, the men following her have gained access to her phone in toto, they operate the phone in such a manner that the Mike automatically gets activated and if she switched her phone off the person she is meeting has the phone tapped. the said people are observing every move of this woman 24X7. they are following her everywhere everyday every second.they contact known persons and try to convince them she is not from that specific faculty professional. they accurately loudly share her updated bank transactions real time. the computer is also acceessed remotely real time. the occurences within the 4 walls of her house are spoken of, she finds an unusually loud amplified voice of herself echoeing at certain points in her house. men watch her as she sleeps Wakes cooks, every daily chore is watched and loudly spoken of to each other in her vicinity including her neighbours home. people are torturous like this for over 6 months but she can't directly see then they all Pass remarks pertaining to her finances and profession behind her back. most of them have no number plates,or blurred out numbrr plates on vehicles. lady is mother to an autistic minor. the ones following also have involved indian oil.petrol pump employees and the railway labourers to shout tormenting words to her daily since her plot is.in centre of above mentioned area from where her house portion is clearly visitble. this is strange case cyber authority was confused and outright refused help since she had never heard of a case like this, the lady is being sabotagged, segregated, and made miserable in all daily chores. it is having detrimental effects on health of her son. I'm sure she is going through very very tough times. how can we provide help to this lady. please advice.how can one save self. what remedy lies. the people have used very good networking via people who immediately gather at beauty parlour, bant ATM, grocery shop,laundry, office building, petrol pumps, post office fruit vendors they gather and give out her bank transaction details, and show few videos and also tell people that she is not a qualified professional in particular faculty.
if anyone can help please do help , advice or share this with anyone who can help. if these people succeed in troubling one woman many in this society will be troubles as well.we need to look at this for this one woman as well as other people who could be future targets. it is a request to all to take this one post on urgent study basis and help . it is always assured what's app is secured but every app,every function, is accessed on phone, every conversation is heard in real time and commented upon, landline is tapped, tablet is accessed, what can be done. thanks all.
