The SC is being told that XYZ was not allowed to ride horse to pick his bride in abc place. So Reservation should continue, should continue in all aspects. But, please be aware that there are thousands of Bhaaraths, Bhaarathis all over. Should isolated incidents determine an entire masses fate? Should all be castigated? Well, crimes of various sorts take place. Law takes its course. So, these incidents should also be handled that way & not burden the other masses.
The submissions that the very categorisation into a particular caste shows backwardness is definitely not consumable. The idea that a particular section is shy to mingle with the rest of the populace can be very well handled through advancements in Science & Technology. From what strikes the mind at this moment, it is pertinent to note that lions have started liking pumpkins instead of their normal food on seeing TV, hearing songs, creating suitable dwellings etc. There are many many things that can be done. But all that is getting masked. No company will like to invest in areas that has no customers & the reservation does exactly that. The Gvt is wholy responsible for the stagnation.
The Gvt should be welfare based to everyone & not to specific segments. Is one section of the population more important than the other? Is the blood different? Is the sweat different? One works for aspirations. If one's vote is not important then one need not vote.
The 500s of 1990/92 brought in the damn extra burden. The 500s of 2006/7 continued it & the 500s of the 2018 have continued it again. This is not the way. There are limitations in newspapers, TV etc. One never even gets to know what is being conspired amid all sorts of tight work. PRAYER TO GOD THAT THE PRESEIDENT & THE COURTS SAVE THE NATION FROM WHAT THE 500s of the 2018 have done.
The passing of the bills, is not sanct. It burdens the silent sufferers more & more. It be noted that a vast section of the populace resent reservation. The SC should definitely allow ways & means akin to NOTA in the voting system & liberate those who do not want any benefit or to sponsor reservation.
In almost all the cases, an old SC order becomes precedence for a new order. It be pondered did the conditions not improve since 1947 or prior? Today, Gvts are providing free schooling, food, laptops, internet, dress, fees, everything, everything to some. Reservation in everything on top of it is injustice to the others. Inequality is being fostered in the garb of equality clause. There are limitations to such things & should be stopped at that level & not beyond.
The SC should definitely set a time frame beyond which deescalation starts & fix a deadline by when reservation stops completely.
The solution to solving the needs of livelihood, sustainable jobs etc is to evolve self sustainable jobs & not Gvt jobs. I, as an individual in itself have handful of mega projects that could be taken up as national missions. These jobs would provide 24 x 7 x 365 jobs, fully transparent environment, absolutely fair remuneration/rewards etc. It is easier to meet the worker needs than to meet the worker needs for paper money. But, it will be ensured that the commitments will be kept.
The authorities like the commissions, SC Order etc have taken borewells etc etc as a criteria for determining backwardness & thrust reervation. But it is humbly submitted that the borewell is a matter of few hours, only that the borewell company has to be paid. Owing to short of resources, the other criteria adopted are not being discussed here. But, be sure to note that advancements in Science & Technology enable far more efficient, cost effective, smooth ways than the cruel reservation.
It is imperative to pass guidelines to Gvt to not overstep in reservation. The parties, individuals are not barred from doing social service or even caste wise enrichments. But they should not use the public money for the purpose. There are huge sections of people who do not want their accretions to be used for this. SC should definitely bar all political parties from using reservation in their election manifestos.
The Gvts should ensure that all the populace should get the basic needs. They should not do it by reservation & rob a tom to pay a d**k.
Prayer to God to enable "ARAKSHAN MUKTH BHARATH" very soon. Reservation has to definitely stop once for all. All should prosper, live happily to the extent they contribute, are capable etc. It be noted that the nature & its rules are more prime than artificial rules. Being a civic society, help should flow unhindered & the Gvt may ensure that & not reservation please.
