If no, contact an advocate practising locally.Every high court has the power to make rules. CPC 1908 is a common code for all over India and O.5 rule 9A deal with the kind of summons you talk about. Dasti carries the literal meaning "By hand". So, take advice from there if this common rule is not overridden by special rules made by high court.

If Rajastan high court issued this dasti, then it will be sent to concerned high court within whose jurisdiction the nearest court of the defendant resides, then the summons will be handed over accordingly.
