Dear Respected
I am about to file second motion of my MCD just i want to know after my second motion of MCD in how many days i can get my divorce decree from court and can i remarriage after complete of my second motion and is there any perioud would be follow by me for any type of wait ?

You would have to wait for appeal period to expire.
And depending upon the load in the court it may take from a day to a week or so to get the decree.
