Dear Sriram,
Good to know that you ACS Final. After ACS, you can definitely pursue LL.B. It will be a deadly combination. There are no exemptions in the LL.B. based on your ACS.
I am not sure where are you put up and where you would be pursuing your LL.B. In any case, you have to take up 3 year LL.B. course after clearing the entrance examination for the same.

Dear Lakshmi,
LL.B has 30 papers - to be covered in 6 semesters - 5 papers for each semester in regular course. There are no distance learning as far as LL.B is concerned. The Entrance for Examination is conducted some where in the month of April-May. So you have to watch for this.
BCI means Bar Council of India.

This is very good combination CS with LLB, very bright future in Corporate as well as government. You can do LLB for 3 Yrs & 5 Yrs degree course as per your qualification.

If one registred in service tax number in May'10 & got registration from Service Tax department but limit 10 lac's not croosed, can invoice raise without service tax amount.
